Dezeen, one of the leading reference platforms in the international architecture and design world, has once again brought together architecturally outstanding high-rise projects in its Top Skyscrapers 2025 list. Among the projects from Türkiye included in this year’s selection are the Ziraat Bank Headquarters Towers, located within the Istanbul International Financial Centre.
Distinguished by its architectural language, scale and spatial composition, the project was included following an assessment based on key criteria shaping contemporary office buildings, including functionality, sustainability and user experience.
Architectural Approach and Spatial Experience
Comprising two towers, the Ziraat Bank Headquarters presents a balanced architectural approach at a high-rise scale. Large atriums, interiors that engage with natural daylight, and shared spaces designed to encourage employee interaction are among the defining elements of the project’s spatial character.
The Ziraat Bank Headquarters Towers were designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox (KPF) as the centrepiece of the Istanbul International Financial Center, in collaboration with local studio A Tasarim Mimarlik.
Rising to 40 and 46 storeys, the interconnected glass towers widen towards their upper levels and are linked by a shared podium at ground level. Encompassing approximately 450,000 square metres, the complex accommodates the bank’s headquarters alongside an auditorium, retail spaces and underground parking.
In Dezeen’s evaluation process, attention was given not only to the building’s physical attributes but also to the internal office experience, flexibility, use of social spaces and its sustainable design approach. In this respect, the project stands out as an example of an office building aligned with contemporary working culture.
Interiors Shaped by TRIMline Solutions
Within the interiors of the Ziraat Bank Headquarters Towers, partition wall systems and spatial solutions developed by TRIMline were specified. The SNAP Frameless and SLIMline glass partition systems implemented as part of the project provide transparency, flexibility and a well-organised spatial layout across office areas.
In addition, WC cubicle solutions were installed in shared-use areas throughout the building. Developed in line with durability, hygiene and long-term performance criteria, these solutions act as complementary elements supporting the overall interior standard of the project.
While offering a restrained framework that supports the architectural concept, TRIMline solutions contribute through technical performance tailored to office and shared-space usage scenarios. This approach aligns with the building’s overall architectural language, remaining visually discreet yet functionally decisive.
International Visibility
The inclusion of the Ziraat Bank Headquarters Towers on a globally followed platform such as Dezeen enhances the project’s visibility within international architectural circles. This selection also demonstrates that large-scale corporate projects realised in Türkiye are being assessed against global design benchmarks.
Following TRIMline’s involvement in projects previously selected by Office Snapshots, this project further strengthens the brand’s visibility in international architectural publications, reinforcing its role as a solution partner for large-scale office and public buildings.
Contribution to High-Standard Projects
Across projects of varying scales and typologies, TRIMline focuses on developing interior solutions that are architecturally coherent, technically robust and suited to long-term use scenarios. The Ziraat Bank Headquarters Towers stands among the high-standard projects where this approach has been implemented.
The specification of TRIMline solutions in projects featured in such international selections is regarded as a natural outcome of the brand’s ongoing collaboration with architects and project teams.
